The very first project that we got at our stitching project was from a pre-school, LittleMillennium. The target of stitching 7000 cloth bags in less than 30 days at first seemednearly impossible. With constrained resources and especially the first hands-on trial onour stitching expedition we were nervous about making our customers satisfied. The team worked day and night, skipped their meals, and even stayed back late nightsto achieve the target. This not only boosted the morale of the team but also made themaim higher and bigger. We take pride in the quality of the product we offer and we werehappy with our customers’ appreciation and our premium quality cloth bag.
One of the biggest challenges that hurdled our way was to master screen printing.YouTube videos and Google were only a start but given the limited mobility of Divyangs, online learning was of little help. The first-ever screen-printing project that we receivedwas an important experiment for us. The first time we exposed our screen was on acardboard box, a material on which screen-printing was nearly impossible due to itstexture. We received our very first project from Hakim Aalim - a leading premium salonservice in India. However, initially, 25% of our order turned into a scrap due to thetechnical difficulties and we had to do it all over again. With hours of practice andprocess of unlearning and learning, we achieved our project target with sheer efficiencyand in-time. Now, here we are mastering the art of screen-printing with our hardworkingteam of Divyangs.
